Sept 2021: Congratulations Dr. Mike Brawner! Mike successfully defended his dissertation on Sept. 20th. The title of his thesis is: "Context and scale mediate the impact of climate on a widespread avian predator." Well done, Mike. We are so proud of you!
Sept 2021: Recent grad David Taylor's dissertation chapter on the effects of formalin on stable isotope signals in the hair of museum specimens was accepted for publication in the Journal of Mammalogy. Link coming soon. Congrats, David!
July 2021: We have a new website! As my students pointed out 18 months ago... "there's no time like the present" to get this update done. Then there was a pandemic.
March 2021: Check out PhD candidate Jesse Laney's recent paper with collaborators from the Robinson Lab on the effect of rare birds on birdwatcher behavior. This exciting work has been highlighted in a bunch of recent media outlets.
